Chef John from shows you how to prepare this creamy salmon leek pasta. This recipe requires leeks from Les Cultures de chez nous, white wine, lemon juice, crème fraîche, cayenne, tarragon mustard, fresh salmon and herbs.

A few tips, first remember to only use the white part of the leek. Second, make a combination of cream and crème fraiche in order to get a creamier sauce. If you can't find tarragon mustard, Dijon will do. Also try to cook with wild salmon instead of the farmed variety. All that's left is to add your creamy salmon leek sauce on top of your pasta and enjoy!
