  • 1/2 onion per person (minimum)
  • 2 packages of 250 gr (6 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of fresh cream
  • Pepper and salt
  • Puff pastry dough

Preparation

  • Mince onions, In a pan, cook onions and sliced leeks at medium heat. Sliced onions and leeks should be well brown. Stop heating.
  • Salt and pepper. Add fresh cream. Spread over puff pastry. Close puff pastry. Add a bit of grated cheese. Oven bake 30 minutes at 350 °F (170 °C) to cook the pastry and brown cheese. Serve warm.
