1,2 L (600 g) of strawberries
200 ml (200 gr) of mascarpone
2 eggs
18 biscuits roses de Reims
50 g (50 ml) of sugar
2 packages of vanilla sugar
45 ml (3 tablespoons) of strawberry liqueur

Preparation
Wash, hull and dry strawberries
Mince strawberries and macerates with the liqueur.
Break eggs and separate whites from the yolks. Whisk egg yolk with sugar, mascarpone and vanilla sugar until the preparation gets smooth.
Whisk egg whites and add carefully to the mascarpone mixture. Into pretty glass, lay a layer of biscuits roses de Reims, a layer of cream and finish up by adding strawberries.
Before serving, refrigerates for 3 hours.
