			Ingredients
				
					
						- 1 1/2 package of 250 g (6 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 75 ml (1/3 cup) of flour
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of butter
- 250 ml (1 cup) of chicken broth
- 75 ml (1/3 cup) of cooking cream
- 1 pie dough
- Canadian or Mozzarella cheese
 
				 
		 
		
			
				
					
						
							- Melt sliced leeks into melted butter. When butter becomes translucent, remove from heat. Add flour, chicken broth and cream. Mix.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Pour into a non-cooked pie dough and add cheese over. Oven bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 20 to 25 minutes, until it browns. Serve and enjoy!
