  • 1/2 package of 250 gr (1½ cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 1 onion
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 fenel
  • 2 or 3 carrots
  • 2 or 3 potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parsley and thyme

Preparation

  • Wash, peel and chop all vegetables, except for sliced leeks.
  • In a casserole, roast onion and shallot with a spoonful of oil.
  • Set all vegetables to simmer in 1 liter (4 cups) of water for 20 minutes.
  • Mix. Add parsley and thyme.
