12 basil leaves
12 small tomatoes
1 baguette, thickly sliced

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 370°F (190°C).
Cover a baking plate with parchment paper. Brush paper lightly with olive oil.
Season chicken cubes with salt and pepper, then thread onto small skewers, alternating with basil, leeks and tomatoes. Brush with a little pesto. Place the skewers on the baking plate.
Brush baguette slices with pesto and place them around skewers. Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes, turning the brochettes as they cook.
