Asparagus and mushrooms with garlic and parmesan

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 8 mushrooms, sliced
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of melted butter
  • 5 ml (1 tablespoon) of paprika
  • 900g (2 pounds) of asparagus
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) of olive oil
  • 100 g (1 cup) of parmesan shavings
  • 2 branches of savory, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover a baking plate with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • Place asparagus on the baking plate and gently toss the asparagus with the oil. Add mushrooms, drizzle with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Oven bake for 15 minutes or until the vegetables start to brown.
  • Garnish with parmesan and savory before serving.
