  • 1 liter (4 cups) Loneys beef stock
  • 2 packages of sliced leeks Les Cultures de chez nous
  • 4 pears, peeled and diced
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp.) honey
  • Salt and pepper

  • Sauté pears and leeks in a little bit of oil until brown. Add stock liter, honey, salt and pepper. Let simmer over medium heat 40 minutes.
  • Filter and put through food processor. You can add a few drops of cooking cream 15 % or 35 % or a knob of sweet butter.
