• 1/2 package of 250 gr (1½ cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of butter
  • 1 cubed ripe peeled pear
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of chopped pistachios
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of dried cranberries
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 cheese, Brie or soft paste

  • Preheat oven at 350 °F (180°C).
  • In a pan, brown Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks. Let cook for 2 minutes. Add cubed pears, pistachios, cranberries and rosemary, Cook 1 minute while stirring regularly. Set aside.
  • Lay Brie cheese in an oven safe plate covered with aluminium paper or a plate safe for this kind of baking. Cover with leeks garnishing. Oven bake for 15 to 20 minutes. let cool down 5 minutes before serving.
  • You can prepare leeks garnishing beforehand. Can be kept in the refrigerator till the next day.
