• 1/2 package of 250 gr (1½ cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 750 ml (3 cups) of diced tomatoes
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 75 ml (5 tablespoons) of olive oil
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of basil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 baguette bread
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of grated cheese, Parmesan, Mozzarella or Swiss

  • Mix all 5 first ingredients in a bowl. Cover up and let cool down in the refrigerator for an hour.
  • Lay slices of baguette over a baking sheet. Oven broil on one side. Turn the slices.
  • Spread the mixture of tomatoes on the bread and spray with the liquids left.
  • Finally, spread cheese over slices, or do somes without cheese. Oven broil at 425°F (220°C) or till all cheese melt.
