Ingredients

  • 2 limes
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of sugar
  • 1 bottle of rosé wine of 750 ml
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of white rum
  • 500 ml (2 cups) of raspberries
  • Few ice
  • 1 bottle of lemon sparkling water of 1 liter

Preparation

  • Wash limes and wipe. Finely slice limes.
  • In a pitcher, set sugar, then pour wine and rum. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  • Add raspberries and lime slices. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
  • When serving, add ice and pour lemon sparkling water in pitcher.
