Ingredients

  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 small diced red onions
  • 3/4 package (2 cups) of sliced leeks
  • 500 ml (2 cups) of grapes without seeds
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of Provence herbs
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
  • Ground salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat oven at 220 ºC (425 ºF).
  • In a large bowl, mix chicken drumsticks, onions and grapes.
  • Spread Provence herbs. Salt and pepper generously and pour lightly a bit of oil. Cover pieces by mixing with the hands.
  • In a pyrex cooking plate of 30 x 42 cm (12 x 17 inches) coat with parchment paper, spread grapes and red onion cubes into one layer. Set chicken pieces into onions and grapes.
  • Oven bake of 50 to 60 minutes and be careful to turn chicken at least 3 times while baking.
