• 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
  • 1 can of asparagus cream
  • Long asparagus, frozen or fresh
  • Mozzarella cheese

  • Brown chicken breasts into oil until browned.
  • Then set in a small oven safe plate.
  • Set asparagus cream over chicken breasts and set few long asparagus over these.
  • Spread mozzarella cheese and oven bake at 350 ºF (175 °C) for about 30 minutes.
  • Serve with vegetables and rice.
