Zucchinis and avocados soup

  • 2 sliced zucchinis
  • 1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) of chicken broth
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of cumin (optional)
  • Salt and pepper up to taste
  • 1 avocado
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of lemon juice
  • 750 ml (3 cups) of milk
  • Finely chopped fresh chive

  • Cook Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks, zucchinis and garlic into chicken broth until vegetables are cooked. So for about 15 to 20 minutes. Add cumin, salt and pepper. Pour into blender. Reduce into puree.
  • Peel and slice avocado into large chunks. Spray with lemon juice. Add avocado and milk to the mixture. Reduce into puree and refrigerate. Serve garnished with finely chopped chive.
