  • 4 potatoes
  • 1/2 package of 250 g (1 1/2 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 15 to 30 ml (1 to 2 tablespoons) of mustard up to your choice
  • 115 g (1/2 cup) of butter

  • Preheat barbecue at 350°F (180°C).
  • Mix melted butter with musatrd and leeks.
  • Wash potatoes. Finely slice without slicing it all the way to keep potatoes into one piece.
  • Stuff leeks butter in-between each potatoes and cover individually into aluminium paper. Bake in the barbecue for 30 to 45 minutes.
