Ingredients

  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of olive oil
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • 4 boneless fresh chicken breasts
  • Ground salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley or basil
  • 1 package (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 8 minced white mushrooms
  • 1 minced red pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat barbecue at medium heat.
  • Slice 4 aluminium paper large enough to cover each breasts. Slice chicken breasts into 2 or 3 strips. In a deep dish, soak each chicken strips into olive oil and lemon juice. Salt, pepper and add parsley or basil. Lay chicken breasts over aluminium paper and cover with vegetables.
  • Well close papillotes. Set over upper grill of barbecue, lid closed. Bake over one side for 7 to 10 minutes. Turn and cook for another 7 to 10 minutes. Verify cooking since it may variates depending of the barbecue.
  • Cool down for 2 minutes before opening papillotes.
