  • 6 Les Cultures de chez nous leek's whites
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of honey
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon's quarters

Preparation

  • Preheat oven at 400°F (200°C). Slice off and throw green leeks parts. Slice Les Cultures de chez nous leeks into sections of 4 cm (1 1/2 inch). Set in a bowl filled with cold water. Soak 20 minutes.
  • Drain leeks and set in gratin plate. Barely cover it with cold water. Add honey, lemon juice, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil at medium heat and cook for 5 minutes. Do not cover.
  • Oven bake 30 minutes, uncovered. Turn leeks and continue baking for another 30 minutes. Set leeks in a serving plate. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve with lemon's quarters.
