  • 1 commercial pizza dough
  • 1 leek
  • 200 g of bacon
  • 3 package of fresh cooking cream
  • 40 g of parmesan

  • Cook sliced leeks with olive oil, when melted add bacons then cooking cream and parmesan, let simmer for about 5 minutes and then let cool down.
  • Over half the dough spread the preparation then fold the other half and seal sides by doing 3 cuts, spread olive oil then parmesan.
  • Oven bake 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
