Ingredients

  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of margarine
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of raspberries
  • 3 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of baking soda
  • 500 ml (2 cups) of flour
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of baking powder
  • 65 ml (1/4 cup) of milk

Preparation

  • Grease a plate of 8 1/2 inches of diameter and preheat oven at 350 °F (180 °C).
  • Mix sugar and margarine together. Add eggs one at a time.
  • Crush raspberries in another plate and add to the mixture.
  • Set dry ingredients together. Add milk and end with moist ingredients.
  • Oven bake for an hour then cool down for 5 minutes.
