  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) of melted butter
  • 190 ml (3/4 cup) of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) of flour
  • 2,5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of baking powder
  • Lemon zest
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) of milk
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • Garnishing :
  • Lemon juice
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of sugar

Preparation

  • Preheat oven at 350 °F (180 °C). Whisk butter with sugar and eggs.
  • Add flour, baking powder and lemon zest and alternate with milk.
  • Add blueberries. Set in a greased bread mold. Oven bke at 350 °F (180 °C) for an hour. Pour garnishing over it while the bread is still hot.
