Ingredients

  • 1 packag of 250 gr (3 cups) of sliced leeks
  • 1 onion
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml (1 cup) of cooking cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) of cheddar cheese

Preparation

  • Mix sliced leeks with onion then brown into olive oil. Salt and pepper. Pour in a large bowl.
  • Add flour, eggs and cream. Mix well and pour into muffins mold. Bake for 25 miutes at 350 °F (180 °C).
