Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) of blueberries or vanilla yogurt
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of baking soda
  • 190 ml (3/4 cup) of brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of oil
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of bran
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of vanilla
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of flour
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of baking power
  • 60 ml (1/4 teaspoon) of salt
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of fresh or frozen blueberries

Preparation

  • Mix yogurt, baking soda and blueberries in a larrge bowl.
  • In another bowl, mix brown sugar, egg, oil, vanilla and gran.
  • In a last bowl, sieve dry ingredients and add to the first mixture and alternate with yogurt.
  • Set everything into muffins molds and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 ºF (180 °C).
