500 ml (2 cups) of macaronis
2 minced onions or 1 package of 250 g (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
1 can of 284 ml of condensed celery cream
160 ml (2/3 cup) of grated parmesan
80 ml (1/3 cup) of panko breadcrumbs
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of olive oil
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of honey
250 ml (1 cup) of milk
10 ml (2 teaspoons) of chopped fresh thyme

Preparation
In a casserole filled with salted boiling water, cook pastas al dente. Drain.
In the same casserole, heat oil at medium heat. Cook onions or sliced leks for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add honey and caramelize for 1 to 2 minutes. Set aside in a plate.
In a casserole, bring to a boil celery cream with milk while stirring. Add drained macaronis, half the parmesan and, if desired, thyme. Salt and pepper.
Transfer preparation into cooking plates. Divide caramelized onions of sliced leeks, breadcrumbs and remaining parmesan ovr pastas.
Oven bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
