Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 package (3 1/2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 200 ml (0,8 cup) of cream
  • 1 egg
  • 40 ml (3 tablespoons) of Parmesan cheese
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of butter + 15 ml (1 tablespoon) for molds
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of curry
  • Pepper and salt

Preparation

  • Cook Les Cultures de chez nus sliced leeks into hot butter for 15 to 20 minutes. Out of heat, add whisked egg. Spread with curry. Pour parmesan cheese. Pepper and salt. Whisk well.
  • Butter small oven safe ramekins. Pour preparation into ramekins then oven bake at 200 °C. Bake 20 minutes.
  • Garnish with small pieces of sliced leeks. Serve right away.
