Ingredients

  • 1 kg (2 pound) of potatoes, slice into very thin fries (like matches)
  • 1 leek into juliennes
  • 750 ml (3 cups) of olive oil

Preparation

  • Slice potatoes and leeks into very fine slices. Fry 2 vegetables separately into warm olive oil.
  • When serving, spread with sea salt.
