Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 medium size strawberries
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of Arugula lettuce
  • 6 walnuts into chunks
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Vinaigrette :
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of olive oil
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of balsamic vinegar
  • Pepper

Preparation

  • Prepare vinaigrette in a large bowl and mix all ingredients. Brown walnuts in a pan a medium heat while stirring often, until it creates aroma and browns lightly (optional). Set in the large bowl.
  • Slice strawberries and set in the bowl with lettuce. Shake lightly to well impregnate strawberries, walnuts and lettuce. Salt, pepper and lightly stir once again. Serve with parmesan cheese.
