  • 1 baguette bread
  • 1 package of sliced leeks Les Cultures de chez nous
  • 100 gr (1 cup) goat cheese
  • 800 ml (3 ¼ cups) plain yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 40 gr (2 tbsp) butter
  • 30 gr (1/4 cup) grated Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Cut baguette in 1 cm thick slices. Lay in a baking dish and lightly grill in the oven 5 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
  • In a saucepan, slowly brown incised leeks in butter 6-8 minutes. Salt and pepper. Add crumbled goat cheese. Stir until homogenous mixture. Let cool.
  • Add yogurt and egg wash to preparation. Spread mixture on bread croûtons and sprinkle with Parmesan grated cheese. Brown in the oven 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
