Ingredients

  • 350 gr (3/4 pound) of raw and peeled, medium size shrimps (size 31/40)
  • 1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of white wine
  • 180 ml (3/4 cup) of 15% fats cooking cream
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of freshly chopped chive
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of olive oil
  • 2,5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of turmeric

Preparation

  • In a pan, heat oil at medium heat with turmeric.
  • Cook shrimps for 1 to 2 minutes over each sides. Remove from pan.
  • Within the same pan, cook leeks for 4 to 5 minutes at medium-low heat. Pour white wine and reduce entirely. Add cream. Salt and pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add shrimps and chive. Stir.
