1 minced leek's white
1 diced rutabaga
1 liter (4 cups) of chicken broth
80 ml (1/3 cup) of maple syrup
125 ml (½ cup) of 15% cooking cream
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
80 ml (1/3 cup) of minced dried shallots

Preparation
In a casserole, heat oil at medium heat. Roast leeks, shallots and rutabaga 2 minutes.
Pour broth and maple syrup. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes at medium heat, until rutabaga is cooked.
Set the preparation in a mixer. Mix until obtaining an homogeneous preparation.
Set back in a casserole and add cream. Heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Salt and pepper.
