  • 4 waffles cones
  • For frozen yogurt :
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of vanilla ice yogurt
  • 125 ml (½ cup) of frozen raspberries
  • 2 sliced frozen bananas
  • For the express raspberries granita :
  • 375 ml (1 ½ cup) of frozen, thawed raspberries
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of sugar

  • Set in a blender all ingredients for the frozen yogurt. Reduce into a smooth puree. Set in a bowl and froze at least 1 hour.
  • Wash the blender then mix in all raspberries with sugar. Refrigerate.
  • Roughly crush waffle cones.
  • Into desserts cups, divide frozen yogurt. Garnish with raspberries granita and pieces of waffle cones. Serve right away.
