Strawberries Charlotte with Mascarpone cream

  • 600 ml (600 g) of mascarpone
  • 200 ml (200 g) of white cheese
  • 150 ml (150 g) of powdered sugar
  • 400 ml (400 g) of strawberries
  • 1 package of Ladyfinger biscuits
  • Orange juice

  • Lay plastic film over a cake mold.
  • Then, soak biscuits in orange juice. Be careful for the buiscuits to keep being dry inside.
  • Prepare in the oven the mixture of mascarpone, white cheese and sugar. Wash, hull and slice strawberries in halfs.
  • Alternate layers of biscuits, white cheese and strawberries. Finish with biscuits.
