  • 3 diced and precooked bacon slices
  • 8 mushrooms
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of butter
  • 65 ml (1/4 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 190 ml (3/4 cup) of grated cheddar

  • Preheat oven at 400 °F (200 °C).
  • Remove mushrooms stem. Set caps aside. Chop stems.
  • In a casserole, melt butter at medium heat. Roast slowly mushroom stems and leeks, until the mixture tenders.
  • In a bowl, mix mushrooms and leeks with diced bacons and cheddar. Stuff mushrooms caps with the mixture.
  • Oven bake 15 minutes or until cheese melts.

You may serve those appetizers into small cups.
