675 gr (1½ pound) of beef, to simmer (boneless), sliced in 4 pieces
1 onion, sliced in half
45 ml (3 tablespoon) of olive oil
500 ml (2 cups) of carrots juice
4 chopped garlic clove
1 sliced celery branch
1 Bay leaf
6 carrots, sliced at 1 cm (1/2 inch)
2 white of leeks, sliced at 2,5 cm (1 inch)
30 ml (2 tablespoon) of fresh, chopped, parsley

Preparation
Put the grill at the center of oven. Preheat oven at 350 °F (180 °C).
Add carrots, Les Cultures de chez nous mignons of leeks and continue cooking uncovered for about 40 minutes or till vegetables gets tende. Adjust seasonings.
Accompany with potatoes and long grain rice. Garnish with parsley.
