This episode of Laura Vitale from Laura in the kitchen shows you how to prepare a savoury berry crisp dessert using mixed berries from Les Cultures de chez nous. This easy to cook dessert requires very little time and ingredients.

You will need very cold, unsalted butter, all purpose flour, old fashioned rolled oats, baking powder, almonds, salt, sugar, brown sugar, corn starch and an orange. Start with the filling: pour the sugar and the corn starch on top of the berries and zest in and juice the entire orange. Stir. Mix the rest of the ingredients together. Scatter the toping over the berries. Put in the oven at 375 F, for 40 to 45 minutes.
