Apples and raspberries tartlets

  • Shortcrust :
  • 75 ml (75 gr) of salted butter
  • 125 ml (125 gr) of flour
  • 65 ml (65 gr) of sugar
  • Garnishing :
  • 4 apples
  • Raspberries
  • Currant Jelly
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon

  • Shortcrust :
  • In a casserole, melt butter. Add sugar to it then half the flour.
  • Out of the heat, set remainings of flour. Eventually complete quantities with flour, to obtain a trustworthy and flexible shortcrust.
  • Set the dough by sealing it up with your fingers into tartlets mold already covered with parchment paper.
  • Cover with marmalade.
  • Cover with sliced apples and spread with cinnamon and sugar.
  • Oven bake at 350 °F (180 °C) for about 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Once out, set raspberries over tartlets. Let cool down. Unmold.
