75 ml (75 gr) of salted butter
125 ml (125 gr) of flour
65 ml (65 gr) of sugar
Garnishing :
4 apples
Raspberries
Currant Jelly
Sugar

Preparation
Shortcrust :
In a casserole, melt butter. Add sugar to it then half the flour.
Out of the heat, set remainings of flour. Eventually complete quantities with flour, to obtain a trustworthy and flexible shortcrust.
Set the dough by sealing it up with your fingers into tartlets mold already covered with parchment paper.
Cover with marmalade.
Cover with sliced apples and spread with cinnamon and sugar.
Oven bake at 350 °F (180 °C) for about 25 to 30 minutes.
Once out, set raspberries over tartlets. Let cool down. Unmold.
