  • 1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 250 gr (1/2 pound) of yellow potatoes
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 100 gr (1/2 cup) of butter
  • 2 liters (8 cups) of chicken broth
  • Cooking cream up to your taste
  • Salt and pepper up to your taste
  • Small fried bacons strips in sufficient quantity

  • Roast sliced leeks and onions without browning into butter. Add chicken broth. Bring to a boil and add diced potatoes. Salt and pepper.
  • Set back the soup in the casserole, add cream and bring to a boil. Serve hot or cold. Spread with small bacons strips.
