Preparation

  • Take leek's green leaves and slice into halfs. Afterward, dehydrate leaves in a dryer. If you don't own a dryer you may as well set leek's leaves in the oven at 200°F (100°C) until it dries.
  • Set dehydrated leaves in the mixer and reduce into powder.
  • Mix 40% of the sea salt with about 60% of leek salt.
