• 1 package (250 gr) of Les Cultures de Chez Nous sliced leeks
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • 4 filets of tilapia or other species
  • 3 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) chicken broth
  • 20 ml (4 tsp.) extra virgin olive oil
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) of tarragon or dill
  • Springs of parsley to garnish
  • Pepper to taste

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Cover the bottom of a baking dish with the leeks and garlic. Place the fish filets on the bed of leeks and garlic and cover whit tomato slices. In a separate bowl, mix the chicken broth, olive oil and tarragon and pour over the filets. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover with aluminum foil or the baking dish cover and cool for 10 to 15 minutes per 2.5 cm.
