• 500 gr (1 pound) fettuccine, linguine or spaghetti

  • One 250 gr package (3 cups) Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 125 ml (½ cup) chopped green pepper
  • 250 ml (1 cup) fresh chopped mushrooms
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 500 gr (1 pound) medium shrimps decorticated
  • 1 peeled chopped tomato
  • 160 ml (2/3 cup) cooking cream 35%
  • Chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper

  • Cook the pastes like specify way. Meantime, melt butter and a large frying pan, cook carrots, leeks, pepper, and mushrooms until tender (not brown). Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
  • Add shrimps and the tomato at the mix. Cook until the shrimps are opaque and begin to curl up. In stirring, add cream and heat a soft heat.
  • Put the drained pastes in a service dish and top with sauce. Mix and sprinkle with parsley.
