• 2 250 gr (3 cups) packages Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) olive oil
  • 2 dry shallot, peeled, and cut in four
  • 4 large cooked potatoes, peeled and cut in thick slices
  • 1/2 red pepper, grilled and sliced
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and grounded

  • Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Cook leeks and shallots 2 minutes. Add potatoes and red peppers. Season well and cook 8-10 minutes over medium heat. Do not burn leeks; lower heat if necessary. Add basil, season and continue cooking 2-3 minutes. Serve.
