• 2 liter (8 cups) of diced pumpkin
  • 30 ml (2 Tbsp.) butter or margarine
  • 1/2 bag of 250 gr (1 ½ cup) of Les Cultures de Chez Nous sliced leeks
  • 3 diced potatoes
  • 1,5 litre (6 cups) of chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper up to taste
  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) milk or cooking cream
  • Nutmeg up to taste

  • In a pan, melt butter or margarine. Saute the Les Cultures de Chez Nous sliced leeks and pumpkin. Add potatoes and broth. Salt and pepper. Cover up and let simmer for 40 minutes.
  • Pass in the mixer. Put back in the casserole. Bring to a boil and then add cream or milk and nutmeg. DO NOT BOIL.
  • Serves with roasted crouton.
