• 7-8 cloves of garlic
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 2 X 250 gr packages (6 cups) Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 1/2 can of sliced black olives
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of dried tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 package of Prestigio pesto
  • 1.2 lb. or 1 ½ package of spaghettini pasta
  • Goat cheese, crumbled to taste
  • Salt and pepper

  • Cook pasta and drain. Slice chicken breasts in thin strips. Mince garlic. Brown chicken in olive oil for 5 minutes. Season. Add garlic at the minute of cooking. Keep aside.
  • Half dried tomatoes. Brown leeks, sliced black olives and dried tomatoes 4 minutes. Add pesto, heat. Add chicken and pasta. Garnish with crumbled goat cheese. Serve.

Serve with a green salad and a good white wine.
