• 60 ml (4 tbsp.) olive oil
  • 1 250 gr package (3 cups) Les Cultures de Chez Nous sliced leeks
  • 1 prepared 10-12 inch pizza crust or a large pita
  • 175 ml (3/4 cup) tomato sauce
  • 1 package (5oz/150gr) goat cheese, sliced
  • 12 black or green pitted olives
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) chopped walnuts
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) mixed herbs, coarsely chopped. (Mint, basil, oregano, chives)

  • Preheat oven to 260°C (500°F). Heat a large skillet and add the olive oil and the leeks. Sauté for 2 minutes over medium heat. Season and set aside. Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza and add the leeks, the slices of goat cheese, the pitted olives and the walnuts. Bake for 30 minutes, garnish with mixed herbs and serve.
