• 45 ml (3 tbsp) butter
  • One 250 gr. package (3 cups) Les Cultures de Chez Nous sliced leeks
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 sliced fennel bulbs
  • 454 gr. (1 lb) peeled raw shrimps
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) 35% cream

  • Melt the butter in a casserole over medium heat, add the leeks, garlic and fennel and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. Raise the heat and add the shrimps, lemon juice and zest.
  • Season with pepper and cook for 1 minute. Add the cream and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve with a vegetable puree or rice.
