Ingredients

  • 1 pizza pastry 30 cm (12 inches)
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) olive oil
  • 1 chopped clove of garlic
  • 2 or 3 sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Red and green peppers chopped
  • 125 gr (¼ pound) ham cut in little slices
  • 250 ml (1 cup) sliced leeks Les Culture de chez nous
  • Grated mozzarella, Swiss or cheddar cheese

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 250°C(450°F)
  • Spread the paste on oiled pizza pan.
  • Mix oil and garlic.
  • Sprinkle on the pastry and cover with tomatoes.
  • Flavor with basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
  • Cover with mushrooms and peppers.
  • Mix leeks and cheese and spread on the pizza.
  • Bake in the oven on the bottom rack about 15 minutes.
