• 1 pizza dough of 30 cm (12 inches)
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) of olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 or 3 tomatoes, sliced
  • Oregano and basil
  • Salt and pepper up to taste
  • Mushrooms, sliced
  • Red and green pepper, chopped finely
  • 125 gr (1/4 lbs) of ham, sliced finely
  • 1/3 bag of 250 gr (3 cup) of Les Cultutres de Chez Nous sliced leeks
  • Cheese, Mozzarella, Suisse or Cheddar style, grated up to taste

  • Preheat oven at 450 °F (230 °C).
  • Lay down the dough on an oiled pizza plate of 30 cm (12 inches). Mix oil, garlic while brushing the dough then cover with tomatoes. Season with basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Cover it all with mushrooms, peppers and ham.
  • Mix leeks, cheese and cover it all on the pizza.
  • Bake for 15 minutes in the oven on the bottom grid.
