Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 package (3 cups) of sliced leeks Les Cultures de nous
  • 75 ml (1/3 cup) flour
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) butter
  • 250 ml (1 cup) chicken stock
  • 75 ml (1/3 cup) cream 35 % or 15 %
  • 1 rolled-out pastry
  • Canadian cheese or mozzarella

Preparation

  • Blanch leeks in melted butter, when sheer, take off the heat. Add flour, chicken stock and cream, stir.
  • Let chill in the refrigerator about 30 minutes. Pour into uncooked rolled-out pastry, and garnish with cheese. Put in the oven at 350°F (180°C) 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Serve and savour.
