Ingredients
1 1/2 package (3 cups) of sliced leeks Les Cultures de nous
75 ml (1/3 cup) flour
45 ml (3 tbsp) butter
250 ml (1 cup) chicken stock
75 ml (1/3 cup) cream 35 % or 15 %
1 rolled-out pastry
Canadian cheese or mozzarella
Find our bag in your
local grocery store
Preparation
Blanch leeks in melted butter, when sheer, take off the heat. Add flour, chicken stock and cream, stir.
Let chill in the refrigerator about 30 minutes. Pour into uncooked rolled-out pastry, and garnish with cheese. Put in the oven at 350°F (180°C) 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Serve and savour.
