• 500 gr (1 lb) pizza dough
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) butter
  • 500 ml (2 cups) Les cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) old fashioned mustard
  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) grated Italian cheese mixture
  • 6 slices of prosciutto sliced into thin strands

  • On a surface lightly dusted with flour, divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Either by hand or using a rolling pin, roll each portion into a circle about 15 cm in diameter and place them on oven sheet.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the leeks and cook for 5 minutes. Brush the mini-pizza crusts with mustard the trim with the leeks, cheese and proscitto. Cook in the lower third of the oven at 200 C (400 F) or until the crusts are golden and crispy.
