• 4 Leeks-mignon
  • 8 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 cup sauce (bechamel) of your preference
  • 7 ml (1/2 tsp) of Dijon mustard
  • 250 gr (1/2 lb) gruyere of cheddar cheese
  • Salt, pepper

  • Cut the leeks-mignon in half and cook unsalted boiling water or chicken broth for 15 minutes. Drain and roll each leek-mignon in a slice of cooked ham then place in a baking dish.
  • Prepare the white sauce, add the Dijon mustard and season to taste
  • Pour the sauce over the leeks and sprinkle with cheese. Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
