Ingredients

  • 1/2 package of 250 gr (1½ cup) of Les Cultures de Chez Nous sliced leeks
  • 15 to 30 ml (1 to 2 tablespoons) of mustard, up to choice
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) of butter
  • 1 bread, baguette style
  • Grated cheese, Gruyère AOC style, up to your taste

Preparation

  • Mix melted butter with mustard and leek.
  • Slimly slice 1 cm the baguette.
  • Spread generously the Les Cultures de Chez Nous sliced leeks mix on baguette bread slice.
  • Add Gruyère AOC cheese over baguette bread slices and broil in the oven at 350 °F (180 ºC) for 8 to 10 minutes.
