  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) sliced leeks from Les Cultures de chez nous
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) butter
  • 15 to 30 ml (1 to 2 tbsp) mustard of your choice
  • 1 French bread (baguette)

  • Mix the softened butter with the mustard and leeks. Cut the French bread into slices, about 1 cm thick (1/3 in.) Spread the leek mixture generously on the bread slices and cook in an oven preheated to 350 °F (180 °C) for 5 minutes.
