• 7-8 cloves of garlic

  • 375 gr ( 1 1/2 cups) mushrooms
  • 2-3 medium tomatoes
  • 400 gr (1 small package) spaghettinis
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) olive oil
  • 2,5 ml (1/2 tsp.) grounded pepper
  • 2,5 ml (1/2 tsp.) salt
  • Grated Parmesan cheese to taste
  • Black grounded pepper

  • Cook pasta, drain and put through cold water. Mince garlic, coarsely chop mushrooms and quarter tomatoes.
  • In a pan, cook half of the olive oil. Brown mushrooms for 2 minutes and add tomatoes and garlic.
  • In another pan, heat pasta with the rest of the olive oil, grounded pepper and salt. Put pasta in your favorite serving dish and garnish with vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan grated cheese and black fresh grounded pepper.

Serve with a green salad and a nice wine.
